FROM THE EDITOR

We begin the twenty third year of publishing “Tekstil ve Konfeksiyon” with this issue, the first of 2013. We are very happy to inform you that the number of high qualified scientific manuscripts we publish increases. As a result of this, our colleagues send us more manuscripts for reviewing. Sometimes, the period of waiting for the authors takes several weeks. As you guess, it is not easy to find the expert referees for the some specific areas of the textile and apparel industries. But, I am greatly honored to say that we are trying to do our best for the high quality publishing procedures.
