Abstract :
Reducing heat loss from through pipe heating systems, is done by isolating their better, ensuring significant savings to society, protect the environment and last but not least, sustainable development. The paper proposes the realization of unconventional thermal protection from textile recoverable in the form of layers, fibers, yarn, pieces of tricot obtained by breakdown, used to the insulation of pipes warm. Thermal conductivity be calculated based on parameters determined by means of a experimental stand. Determine the thermal conductivity coefficient for two types of insulating layers, of textile material, conducted at following densities: 130,5 [kg/m3]; 94,3 [kg/m3]; 67,3 [kg/m3]; 47,2 [kg/m3], depending on the fluxes heat. It compares the results with values of an existing product on the market (mineral wool), having a density 67,3 [kg/m3] and coefficient of thermal conductivity λ = 0,0650 [W/m*K], determined on the same experimental stand.(conditions)
