Ottoman Intelligence Network and Imam Mansur

After the annexation of the Crimea, Russia had soared to the Caucasian lands. The situation was formed as a dangerous size for the Caucasian peoples when it crept through to Georgia. So it was necessary to develop fast. So it was not hard for the Caucasians take action opposite to the Russians that they had never been live under anyone’s sovereign. The problem was only the organization of motion together and for one purpose. A mysterious man achieved it easily. He proved that the Russian invasion would not be fast and easy as much as estimated. He was not the man except Mansur mentioned as Sheikh in some historical sources sometimes and as Imam the other times. Who was the Mansur most occupied both Ottomans and Russians? How did he emerge? More important how did he achieve directed a big mass which was famous with its hard nation to a mutual aim? So this study, emeged from an aim as the explaining of the adventure of Mansur who was one of the first leaders opened a war flag to the Russians from the Ottoman intelligence reports.
