Abstract :
In the age of Abdulhamid II Kirklareli (Kirkkilise), was one of the Six Sanjaks of Edirne province. During this period the Kirkkilise, was the center of a first class standard Sanjak with Luleburgaz, Babaeski, Visa, Ahtapol of Veliko Tarnovo towns. In the time of Abdulhamid II, the educational campaign, launched in the whole territory of the Ottoman era, was also manifested itself in Kirkkilise and its towns. Ottoman classical period of primary school educational institutions and madrasas were operating here. However, the primitive, middle school and maintenance degree in modern educational institutions also began opening in Sanjak. At the point of the last year of the reign of Abdulhamid II, there were one maintenance, 5 Middle School and almost primitive schools in all villages belonging to the Islamic population. In addition, in Sanjak, in the Shire Greek, Bulgarian and Jewish community, the school activities in the elementary grades were also in business. In this study. Education and training activities in Kirkkilise in the period of Abdulhamid II, were analyzed in a scientific discipline.
