PREPARATION AND DESIGN OF E-CONTENT, RELYING ON THE LANGUAGE (TO SERVE PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS)

This paper presents a technique for preparing learning contents relying on languages and e-learning technology to serve people with special needs. The paper reviews in details the model of creating each content using Educational Hypermedia that suite each student depending on his/her educational background. In addition, the paper introduces the inter-systems framework that enables the author to move from build once-use once scenario to build once-use many scenario, where an author may use all contents and documents regardless of Authoring Environment. Finally, the paper presents a methodology used to build a Learning Management System (LMS) for people with special needs, where the LMS enables students to use Mobile learning technology, Contents Management technology, and Interactive learning technology.
