Abstract :
Closely spaced wells require precise control of well path to prevent collision. The technology of drilling deviated holes in cluster under the conditions of continental shelf is characterized in this paper. Clusters, (50 holes and more) are most economic effective, reducing the total installed cost. By the analysis of conventional technology of directional drilling holes in cluster showed on off-shore of the Caspian Sea, well bore, still separate by directional took deviated at the stage of driving water isolation casing (WIC), the inclination angles are already at depth 170-200 m plots to a scale 5-70 azimuth. By the orientation of (BHA) and using them at the following kick- off point, are in totality being the main sources of deviated holes in cluster. The results of deviation wells in an azimuth are inaccuracy, to prevent the mentioned errors, the department of oil and gas wells drilling in Azerbaijan State Oil Academy, developed a modern technology and technique of unoriented separation and deflecting wells in cluster. The Essence of this technology consists of primary separation of wells in cluster as early on the stage of the oriented touch down (deep-water marine stationary platform (DMSP)) on sea floor, where the (WIC) of well cluster is in advance of deviation in the direction of azimuths. In this case the necessity of application of the oriented BHA in deviated holes is un suitable, that allows all control processes of deviated holes to be carried out by using unorientable BHA. The advantages of this technology are effective and give a high quality of hole deviation, as compared with orientable BHA tools.
