Abstract :
Madam, the frequency of intracranial haemorrhage (ICH) in intracranial neoplasm patients ranges from 2% to 5% in scientific literature. It may occur in all brain tumours to a varying degree and extent, and in some cases may even be massive. Massive haemorrhage mostly occurs in more malignant tumours, such as glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) or metastases.
