THE QUALITY OF WORK LIFE OF SOCIAL WORKER: COMPASSION FATIGUE, BURNOUT, STRESS RESOURCES,WORK SATISFACTION AND CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

The study carried out in order to expose quality of work life of social worker who are working at National Social Services and Child Protection Institution by evaluating their compassion fatigue, burnout, causes of stres, work satisfaction and career opportunities. According to research results;when social worker s compassion fatigue, burnout, causes of stress are rising, their work satisfaction is decreasing. Also,it is determined that career opportunities in social work is evaluated as independently from all of them by social worker; there is no relationship between work satisfaction, compassion fatigue, burnout, causes of stress, and career opportunities.
