A STUDY ON THE WORKLOAD ANALYSIS AND JOB SATISFACTION OF MEDICAL SECRETARIES

Objective: The aim of this study is planing secretary and determining secretary qualification and satisfaction based on workload analysis at University of Hacettepe Adult Hospitals. Hacettepe University Hospitals are the first accredited public university hospital which is patient oriented service provider and also adopted the principle of the qualified and uninterrupted service delivery. Startingfrom this point the continuous improvement with qualified workload analysis are carried, employee were consulted and job satisfaction is complimented. Method: In this study, workload analysis of the secretaries who work in Adult Hospital in 2015. And also job satisfaction of secretary has been evaluated. Results and Conclusion: According to study findings planning human resource properly makes the staff which is qualified with skills and knowledgework at right place. As a result this condition increases job satisfaction and job productivity.
