Abstract
Editorial: Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the second leading cause of cancer related mortality, though improvements in CRC screening, systemic and local treatment, and surgical technique have steadily won victories in the battle against CRC, and the rate of mortality from CRC is steadily declining (1).
