  • Abstract
    This study aims to investigate the organizational creativity perceptions of Harran University intructors at Individual, Administrative and Social dimensions, and also to determine if the perceptions of organizational creativity differentiates according to the participants’ instutions, academic units, duties, titles and genders. The Organizational Creativity Inventory was developed to collect data in the research. The target population of the research composed of 789 instructors. The research was conducted on a sample composed of 473 instructors. Results showed that the instructors experienced an “adequate level” of organizational creativity at Individual Dimension and a “medium level” of organizational creativity at Administrative and Social Dimensions. Furthermore, the research resulted that the instructors at vocational high schools experienced a higher level of organizational creativity than their counterparts in faculties and their colleagues working in Veterinary, Medicine and Agriculture faculties. Administrators, lecturers and males experienced a higher level of organizational creativity than instructors, researchers (Ph.D), and females.
