In this article, we deal with notes of Rıza Tevfik who is a poet and philosopher lived in XX.th century Divan of Fuzûlî who is a famous poet of XVI.th century. More over we evaluated shortly Rıza Tevfik’s notes mentioned above. Finally, we gived text of notes.
