Necip, also, expresses his boredom about this cottage locality that constitutes a contradiction to Beyoğlu. Suat who wants to see her husband being happy experiences tediousness by questioning their marriage. At the last, a waterside residence is rented. Change of place related to boredom results in developing an intimacy with Necip and Suat. The author uses “boredom” as a pattern for becoming evidence of a love affair that cannot be approved and at the course of events. Necip’s and Suad’s dissatisfaction from this current situation brings about their’s having boredom and then searching solution- especially for Necip- for this love boredom by music.
