RETHINKING ISLAMIC ECONOMICS AND FINANCE: PAVING THE WAY FORWARD

This Special Issue of International Journal of Economics, Management and Accounting (IJEMA) features 10 selected papers from the 11th International Conference on Islamic Economics and Finance (ICIEF) 2016 that was held at the Royale Chulan Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on 11-13 October 2016. The theme of the 11th ICIEF 2016, “Rethinking Islamic Economics and Finance: Paving Way Forward for Inclusive and Sustainable Development,” fits the 40-year anniversary since the first conference that was held in 1976 in Makkah.
