Abstract
The Average Distributed Program Throughput (ADPT) depends on the Files Distributed (Allocated) to execute a program and the set of capacities that assignment to links. The paper proposes a genetic algorithm to maximize the Average Distributed Program Throughput (ADPT) such that the total cost of link capacities does not exceed the specified upper bound. I.e. find the best set of capacities that maximize ADPT and Minimize total cost.
