Abstract
This study examines the current institutionalization efforts in public policy education in Turkey, within the context of the recent subdepartments/concentrations and master’s programs about public policy. To this aim, 11 in-depth interviews with the founding and current faculty of these concentrations and programs are conducted so as to determine the problems of the institutionalization process and the solutions proposed to solve these problems. The objective of the study is to evaluate the current subdepartments/ concentrations and master’s programs about public policy and to come up with proposals for their processes of institutionalization.
