Abstract
The aim of this study is to examine the existence of the relation between susceptibility to emotional contagion and the critical thinking skills and the effect of susceptibility to emotional contagion on critical tkinking ability, for individuals who are working in public organizations. The data which was obtained from the sample are analyzed via SPSS and LISREL. Findings showed that there was a negative, significant, and strong relationship between emotional contagion and critical thinking.
