th e Roles of Film’s Non-Government Organizations

This paper displays the roles of non-government organizations (NGOs) in film production since earlier periods to the present. Sources of the display are collected from documents of concerned NGOs, namely, minutes and annual reports. Literature reviews and interviews with a few artists are also undertaken. It is found that the roles of NGOs in this field are not much different from other fi elds. They are welfare bodies for those involved in filem production and acting as third party should there are problems with the employers. This paper also found that the organization play great role in enhancing nation’s film quality.
