Pemerkasaan Modal Insan dalam Kalangan Mahasiswa Program Persuratan Melayu

This study reviews the process of empowerment of human capital, was it end up in education or there is a better space? Does it a stereotype that the Malay Literature students should attach themselves in education as career? How the soft skills which embedded in the courses could mould and cultivate their personality, to be more open minded, creative-innovative and multi disciplined person. Methodology used in this research by using (i) questionnaire, (ii) problem documented, (iii) students feedback, (iv) data analysis and interpreting, (v) repeating and improving process, and (vi) write up and report publication. The findings demonstrate that the Practicum testified, identify the marketability and the strategies to do some improvements on the course.
