All the patients were subjected to operative treatment in the form of septoplasty. Results:All the patients had moderate to severe pain preoperatively. Eleven patients were free of pain (65%), 4 with mild pain (24%)and 2 with moderate pain 3 months postoperatively. Ten patients were free of pain (59%). 2 with mild pain (12%) and 5 with moderate pain 12 months postoperatively. Conclusion: The properly selected patients with endonasal contact points causing headache do improve after surgical treatment.
