THE UNETHICAL BEHAVIORS WHICH MALE JUDOKAS IN NATIONAL TEAM OBSERVE ON CLUB TRAINERS

The purpose of this study is to determine the unethical behaviours which male judokas innational team observe on club trainers 54 sportmen attend to this study. İn order to determineunethical behaviours which they observe on their trainers, a questionnaire, including 12questions per 3 different groups and in total 36 questions, is carried out to the participants. Asa result of this questionnaire frequency distribution of the obtained data, percentage valver areformed and graded according to Likert measure.At the end of the study, when we evaluate the questionnare, forming 36 questions, completelyin order to determine the unethical behaviours of trainers and the views of sportmen, theaverage of the answers is determined as 4,54 “Certainly I accept” According to the answers ofparticipants, we can candude that trainers behave according to the ethical rules.If it is thought that the participants who formed research group are elite sportmen ofnational term, it may be said that it is a weak possibility that there sportmen who are favorite oftheir trainer and team friends have negative thoughts about their trainers. And also it is thoughtthat the answers of the participants are positive because they don’t want to expose objectivelyunethical behaviours of their trainers who help their national success. It is thought that theevaluations on trainer will be more objective if we go to the clubs in cities on towns and makeall the sportmen participate in the study; it will be also productive.
