CARICATURIZED STATEMENTS OF SCHOOL MANAGER IMAGES IN STUDENTS’ MINDS

In this research, the purpose is to define the existing and ideal school manager image in students’ minds and caricaturizing the identified images and making them into a visual form. The purpose in caricaturizing them is to draw attention by visualizing the students’ opinions in a humorous way and help school managers improve their positive image. In this research that is designed in accordance with qualitative research approach, a “content analysis” has been made and phenomenology pattern has been used. As a result of the research, it can be said that students carry a negative image with regards to their school managers in general. Students has an ideal school manager’s image not angry and student based. The caricaturized images of school managers from students’ perspective can be used as pedagogic tools in in-service seminars implemented for managers.
