Abstract
In this study, the book Do You Know What You Look Like? Interpersonal Realtionships in Education arranged by Theo Wubbels ve Jack Levy was reviewed. The book has twelve chapters. The book presents classroom communication from the systems perspective, building on the research results. In last decades, more attention was devoted to the teacher and educational leaders by a need to understand the ‘effective teacher’. We emphasize that this is not a study of teacher personality, the book only says that a particular teacher is friendly, caring or humorous, or that another is authoritarian, aggressive or dull. This study was carried out for review and short knowledge is given about chapters.
