Abstract
This paper presents research study conducted through a unique fourmonthTEFL program launched at one of the privately run-andmanagedEnglish teaching institute in Hyderabad with the slogan ofNO BOOKS NO PENS! It is an interactive program based upon thebook free communicative methods of teaching-learning English. Thisprogram acknowledges the space for various creative efforts in TEFLemphasizing teachers and learners to think beyond the traditionalmethods of teaching and shows that even Academic language can betaught without using books and pens. For this paper observational andsurvey method was used to collect the data. The collected data wasqualitatively analyzed to evaluate the success/failure of model.
