Abstract
Herein, we report a patient with arter io-venous fistula secondary to mycotic aneurysm, causing high output heart fai lure. The patient had one-year history of refractory heart failure and recurr ent pulmonary edema. This presentati on is a good example of curati ve surgically treat able cause of high-output congestive heart failure.
