Abstract :
Chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneurorad icul opath y(C lO P) is an immune med iated d isorder cha rac te rized byprogressive developing or relapsing symmetrical motor orsensory symptoms in more tha n one Iimb over a period of twomonths . Achalas ia, as a primary eso phagea l motility disorder,is al so characteri zed by increas ing the tone of lower eso phagealsphincte r, absence or incomplete s phincter re laxat ion inresponse to swallow ing, loss of esophageal peri stal sis and risingintra- esoph ageal pressure. Here in, a cas e of CIDP, dysrnotility-l ike sympto ms, and achalasia is presented
