اﻷزدراﺧﺘﯿﻦ اﻟﻤﻌﺰول ﻣﻦ ﺛﻤﺎر ﻧﺒﺎت اﻟﺴﺒﺤﺒﺢ ﺗﻘﻮﯾﻢ ﻛﻔﺎءة ﻣﺮﻛﺐ Melia azedarach L في ادوار اﻟﺒﻌﻮض (Diptera: Culicidae) Anopheles pulcherrimus Theobaldًﻣﺨﺘﺒﺮﯾا

Efficacy of different concentration of azadirachtin isolated from fruits of Melia azedarachwas investigated on the different stages of Anopheles pulcherrimusunder lab. condition. Results showed that there was non-significant reduction in eggs hatching rate. There were high significant in larval mortalities which were depending on concentration. Different larval deformities were found. Second instarslarvae were more sensitive then fourth larva instar , LC50and LC90for the second instarslarvae were 35.99 and 67.99 ppm respectively and for the fourth instarslarvae it was 63.09 and 139.8 respectively, significant prolongation in larval development period.
