ﺗﺜﺒﯿﻂ اﻻﺛﺮ اﻟﺴﻤﻲ اﻟﻮراﺛﻲ ﻟﻠﻤﯿﺜﻮﺗﺮﻛﺴﯿﺖ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺨﻼﯾﺎ اﻟﻠﻤﻔﺎوﯾﺔ (ﺧﺎرج اﻟﺠﺴﻢ اﻟﺤﻲ) ﺑﺎﺳﺘﺨﺪام اﻟﻤﺴﺘخلص اﻟﻤﺎﺋﻲ ﻹﻛﻠﯿﻞ اﻟﺠﺒﻞ (اﻟﺮوزﻣﺎري)ر Rosmari nusofficinalis

In vitroexperiments were designed to investigate the role of aqueous extract of Rosmarinusofficinalisin the inhibition of genotoxic effectof methotrexate (MTX) in human lymphocyte.Mitotic index MI, chromosomal Aberation CA used us cytogenetic tests to detect the inhibition of genotoxic effect of Methotrexate using two concentration. The results showed that the aqueous extract of Rosmarinusofficinalisinhibited the genotoxic effectof Methotrexate in human lymphocyte. As well as the exposure of cells to aqueous extract beforeexpose to Methotrexate T1 had a high inhibitory efficiency comparing with the combined exposureto the extract & Methotrexate together T2 and the exposure to the Methotrexate before extract. According to our obtained results it could be the aqueous extract ofRosmarinusofficinalisconsidereds as a antimutageneagent (Desmutagen)in first place andas a antimutageneagent (Bioantimutagene) in second place
