Abstract
Education organizations consistently improve because of their environment and their functions they undertake. The expectations about education organizations have differences towards the consistently changing needs of individuals,society and other stakeholders. Education organizations try to satisfy these needs by achieving some alterations in organizational operation, structure and processes.Constructivist education approach in Turkish Education System that put into rule in whole country from the education-schooling year in 2005-2006, is regarded as one of the most important education project which aims to meet the expectations of new human model. When schools are considered as a social open system, it is inevitable that the change, goes thruogh with the process of transformation of education system as a basic system, affects whole parts of the system.Transferring the changes, that constructivist education approach require in system unity,in school organization and management structure in application will contribute the movements of change aims that happens part by part in Turkish Education System and devoid of unity.In this context,it is come through that correlating the constructivist education approach only with the education process is not sufficient and apart from that,it should be considered in the extent the structure of organization and management of school system.
