Abstract :
This study was conducted to identify the relationship between leadership style and finacial rewards with the perception towards organization support among advance information technology (IT) workers in Malaysia. To achieve this objective, 823 questionnaire forms had been distributed but only 178 forms can be use for data analysis. Multiple regression analysis is used to test the research hypothesis. Finding shows that only one financial reward dimension which is salary has a significant relationship with the perception towards organization support, while bonus shows that it is significant with the perception. For transformational leadership style, only the idealism influence that has positive relationship that is significant with the perception towards organization support and not for inspired motivations. The implication of research of finding, research limitations, and suggestions for follow-up research is discussed in the last chapter of this article.
