Abstract :
The social, political, cultural, economic, environmental improvements and changes which occur in the community affect the sport institutions and organizations positively or negatively. The concept of customer-focused quality which is one of the important concepts in all fields of society which is experiencing change, too. Sports sector which is formed by both the manufacturing and service sectors is inevitable from affecting of this change. if all organizations and institutions operating within the sport sectors are evaluated in the understanding of quality, both the expectations of customers will be satisfied and marketing share will increase in addition to reach the highest level of quality in sport. In this study, the descriptive medhod used is used for the Six Sigma management model which has success in the manufacturing and service sectors with using statistical methods and more, adds aspects of quality and success sides has been evaluated on feasibility in the areas of manufacturing, service and management at sport sectors.
