  • Abstract
The aim of this study is to explore the organisational commitment level of managers and teachers working at sports high schools in secondary education. Data were collected via a questionnaire devised by the researchers based upon Güçlü’s work (2006) . A t-Test was used to compare the means of two independent groups and one way ANOVA to compare the means of more than two groups. To find the differences between the groups, a LSD test was used. The Cronbach’s Alpha value of the questionnaire was computed as 0.720. The responds to the items in the questionnaire were generally positive. As a result, statistically significant differences were found in terms of age, seniority, tenure, and the title among teachers and managers towards their institutions. Also, it was concluded that they were loyal to their institutions as their level of organisational commitment was positive.
