In this study, four assessment instruments were utilized; Personal Information Form, University Quality of Life Scale, Academic Motivation Scale, and Academic Self-Efficacy Scale. In addition, the grades of academic achievement were obtained from Student Administration Office of Faculty of Sports Sciences, Selçuk University. During the analysis of data, method of stepwise regression analysis was used. As a result of analyses, it was determined that the variables of “going beyond oneself”, “using the information”, and “discovery” as well as the variable of “academic self-efficacy” predicted (R2=0,20) academic achievement, on the other hand, that the dimensions of university quality of life did not have any contribution to the academic achievement. According to this result, academic achievement tendency increases in correlation with an increase in academic self-efficacy along with the going beyond oneself, using the information and discovery sub-dimensions of academic motivation.
