Scope of Services in Eastern Anatolia Public Works Public Expenditures and Investments (1920-1938)

In this study, investment expenditures has been researched in Mustafa Kemal Atatürk between (1920-1938) in The Eastern Anatolian Region. In the first part, social-economic set up of Turkey and Southeast Anatolian Region, between upswing of public investments and Priority Regions for Development has been studied in The Eastern Anatolian Region. In second part of this study, relations among the economic structure, political participation have been analyzied. Especially; in this part, political participation has been closely related with economic structure. Southeast Anatolian Region has’nt got homo genius economic structure. The governments have been used practical politics in region, with important projects was started to remove between regions, important projets was started since The Turkish Republic was founded. At the end of the study, the results have been researched, the argue that investment expenditures of region has been exceed the limits the other region›n period of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk. Although, disregard that some structures such as history and geographical to make expected results difficulties.
