Abstract :
Constitutional period characterized as Republic laboratory in terms of political view point is a kind of disaster and collapse period in terms of social citation. Rulership unconcerned the people who collapsed for centuries as a result of erosive wars resulting migration, deaths and illness and left alone with their faith. Rulerships saw the people as a pool for tax payers and soldiers, deported contrary minded persons who voiced peoples’ views and rights, to Anatolian cities where medieval life prevailed. They understood that they had to be withstanded with Anatolian people and fight after Rumalia and Arab lands were occupied. Powerless and fatigued people were tired of wars and also poor. It is very important to note that Atatürk who took the control of regional liberation movements in Anatolia organized the people for liberation actions and included them in war costs. This shows that contemporary and social politics era started in Turkey even in peace time by going to people personally and observing their situation and listening their problems.
