THE LETTERS FROM ATATÜRK’S WİFE MS. LATİFETO ALİ FETHİ OKYAR’S WİFE MS. GALİBE

The focus of this study is on the letters which Ms. Latife sent to Ms. Galibe . There are seven letters sent. Three of the letters were written while Ms. Latife was married with Mustafa Kemal. The other letters were written after Ms. Latife divorced Mustafa Kemal. Some parts of letters written in Ottoman Turkish are French.These letters contain important information dealing with the period during which they were written. It is expected that these letters, which will be published for the first time, will significantly contribute to the field by adding a different perspective.
