Abstract :
The precondition for a happy life by staying healthy and fit throughout the entire life span is a quality life. The term “quality life” can be expressed as the satisfaction of individuals with provided sources and is even more important for the elderly and disabled. Considering the fact that the ratio of elderly, disabled, sick and children to total population is over 50% in our country, the design of any living space only in view of adult points out even the ergonomic design is flawed from the outset. This fact makes an eligible life impossible. Limitations of movement of people who suffer problems caused by planning and design. On the basis of the solution of this problem lies in thought ergonomic design and details of the urban areas. Local governments must develop specific measures to ensure the mobility of persons with disabilities in the urban.
