Abstract :
Migration is the remove movement from one place to another place to provide basic needs for a certain time or for all life. But generally human migrations build up depends on social, religion, cultural, economic properties and disasters differently from the other creatures. Human migrated since his existence. And these migrations sometimes were obligatory. Homo sapiens sapiens spread across from Africa to the other continents of the world, 200.000 years ago. Generally humans need to move another places because of push factors such as disasters and hard geographical conditions. Humans affected of results of the floods, earthquakes, tsunamis, avalanches, desertification, typhoons and volcanic activities and migrate to another safety places for better life. There are many differences between ancient migrations and recent migrations. From past to present and from one end to the other end of the world; many migrations realized because of the disasters. These migrations affect genetic structure of civilization and sometimes caused embracing with the different cultures. But today, we see that, the migration movements are differentially evaluated from the past. Generally, some countries try to prevent migration movements by close the borders for protection of own initial safety and their cultures even causes are disasters. According to the statistics, migrations and immigrants’ numbers are increasing year by year. Mainly woman, children and elder people affected from this situation. And this condition causes a new disaster because of lack of infrastructure and preparedness of the countries. This problem is discussing in many international and national platforms. In considering of migration losses, risk reduction plans should discuss with the all stakeholders in many ways and develop action plans.
