Intellectual Capital in Enterprises, Reflection the Sport Enterprises and a Research in Marmara Region

In today s commercial environment where the global competition experienced intensely, the success rates of enterprises have been started to be linked to intellectual capital assets increasingly. Accordingly, to develop their intellectual capital enterprises should achieve to activate the basic capabilities and features which are expanding the mind, encouraging innovation and ensuring the integrity. Therefore, it can be expressed that, intellectual assets such as productivity, human resources, behaviour, education, technological skills, managerial skills, innovation and creativity in marketing activities, cooperation and coordination have effect on enterprises performance. The process called as knowledge economy and created by the development waves in information and communication technology, has made the information as the most important economic power in the enterprises. Which have the vision and mission of intellectual capital. For enterprises’ to developing to products and services, strengthen and make valuable the intellectual property, adapt to rapid changes in the market better and continue innovation knowledge management carries great importance. Today when the knowledge-based global economy develops finding developing, storing and sharing the intellectual capital have become enterprises’ one of the most important economic functions. The aim of this study is analysing to perspective of special sport enterprises about intellectual capital and what are they doing on this topics which ones are working in Marmara Region (Turkey). We just tried to test effects of intellectual capitals factors to performance of the sport enterprises’ with developed hypothesis. The entrepreneurship is meaning that the special sport entrepreneurship which ones are working around in Marmara region.
