Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to search the contribution on patternization of basic movement skills by using creative drama in 9-11year children and to investigate whether the contribution on remembering and expression of sensation related to implemented activities of these techniques for children. The study was conducted with the participation of 30 students (15 in control croup, 15 in experimental group) which study in the third grade of Elementary School. Some movements that was selected from the basic movement skills (locomotors, stabile, and manipulative) had given with the creative drama to the experimental group and the same movement were given with the instruction method to the control group. Study was taken nine weeks totally. First four week completed as a preparation stage and second four week completed as a main stage. At the last week the test implication was done and to overtop the evaluation. Elevation Committee-Observer Group (OG) was constituted for the evolution subject’s patternization movement (PM) skills and evaluation was done by this group. The test evaluation results of the observer’s were statically analyses. As a result, subject’s PM skills statistically were evaluate with Mann Whitney U test and indicate PM skills were found higher and statistically meaningful in the experimental group then the control group. Although not found the difference at gender in experimental group, be found in the control group in which girls were higher and statistically meaningful in PM then male. For the qualitative data’s, the experimental group obtained more high point in terms of using materials, movement learning, using characteristic and common expression of sensation related to implemented activities than the control group.
