Abstract :
In this study, determination of Rhizobium isolates which they give nitrogen of the air to plant in bean (Phaseolus vulgaris) growing fields in Konya region and their effectiveness and decreasing nitrogenous fertilizers use in bean fields, so preventing soil and water pollution were aimed. Nodules were collected from the bean fields and bottle experiments were done in the laboratory. Yunus 90 bean species was used to determine the effectiveness of Rhizobium bacteria isolated from nodules. The survey study in the fields, Rhizobium increasing from isolates in the laboratory and comparing of effectiveness of isolates with reference bacteria in the greenhouse were realized. According to the results of Leonard s bottle experiment in the laboratory, when compared 1, 3, 5, 23, 69 and 85 numbered isolates from 94 Rhizobium bacteria isolated from different areas of Konya region with reference (CIAT 899) bacteria, it was determined that they were effective as effectiveness. On the other hand, one of the most remarkable points was decreasing of Rhizobium population by nitrogenous fertilizing unconsciously and for many years. That of there was not the nodule in bean root in fields supported this situation. The nodule number, yield and nitrogen uptake by the plant are increased in the result of sowing of bean seeds inoculating with the Rhizobium races which are highly effective.
