Determination of Yield and Quality Characteristics of Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum graecum L.) Cultivated Different Sowing Date in Conditions (Gölbaşı) Ankara

This research was conducted to determine the effects on yield and quality char-acteristics of different sowing dates (26.02.2013, 12.03.2013 and 30.03.2013) cultivated of fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.) Ankara/ Gölbaşı/ Gölbek Village ecological conditions during in 2013. Experiments were de-signed and applied in randomized complete plot design with three replications. In this research, ıt were used as seeds fenugrek seed that village variety. In the research, the of fenugreek plant height 63.16-67.13 cm, the number of branches per plant 3.32-4.33 pieces plant-1, seed yield per plant 2.30-3.01 g/plant,1000 seeds weight 19.84-19.89 g, seed yield 76.66-94.87 kg da^-1, and crude oil yield 4.63-7.41 % were varied.
