Alienation, not only is it a result or a product from a corruption of the economic, social and political relationships, but it is a situation that people force to live in a way that is unsuitable for themselves and the self emerging as a result of the corruption and problems of all the relationships. Alienation, nowadays, is said to be one of the most important social-psychological problems and to have a lot of negative effects upon people. The workers who spend most of their lifetime at their works have been estranged to their works and have been seen to be unhappy at their works after a while as they get accordance with the work they do. Professional accountants are living stress because of excessive workload that makes the quality of the work as required and not having a time planning flexible. That they have excessive workload causes to live conflict between home and work life. Accountancy has two ways. The first is registering, the second is interpreting. Professional Accountant who only registers is to be bored by doing the same thing again and again after a while, will not use creative intelligence or blunt it. After some stages, the accountant registering will feel himself or herself as captured to the machine. S/he will think that the registers s/he has already done are not meaningful for himself or herself and will start to think that s/he has done these processes so as to make a living. Hence, this monotony process will trigger the phenomena of the alienation at the job that creative intelligence cannot be used, s/he feeling as captured to packet programs or s/he seeing as a robot. After all, the second stage of accountancy is analysis and interpreting. If the people who are accepted as accountant functioning as analysis and interpreting of the data presented as a report by the ones who keep the registers, these people do not accept to work monotonously like the ones keeping the registers. They will not be live dissatisfaction in their works and the most important is that they will not face with the situation not absorbing the job that they do cited at the definition of Marx’s alienation. In this study, a research has been done to determine professional accountants’ functioning in the city of Isparta alienation level to the job and whether there could be any difference to alienation according to sex. As a consequence of the research, whereas professional woman accountants give thought to that being a man in the job is an advantage, it has not been thought like that at an overall rating. Therefore, it is seen that there is no effect upon the taxpayers whether to be a woman or a man. As a consequence of the analyses, it has been concluded professional accountants not to have been estranged to the job.
