In the last years, social capital, discussed and examined, especially on the axis of sciences of economics, sociology, and politics, holds, in general meaning, a quality of important instrument in providing regional development. Development of region is based on the positive effects of social capital, which is the main resource of the social relationships of economic actors. For the role of regional development on social capital on to be able to reach the desired level, to raise the level of social capital in the region. Raising the level of social capital makes important the concepts such as providing the supply and demand balances of regions in the regional development, attracting the investors out of the region to the region, structure specific to region, network, production factors, job culture, learning regions, and innovation. Setting out from these concepts forming in the region, social capital examines the relationships between individual in society in both vertical and horizontal axis. It also mentions about whether or not the aims determined are reached, evaluating the situation from physical, legal, and moral point of view and analyzing in terms of element trust. Although the effects of social capital on the institutes of society take place as a research subject in society from many aspects, mostly evaluating on interaction networks and togetherness, it gains importance. This importance depends on the increase of the interaction and efficiency of regional factors affecting the growth of regions today.“Social relationships” is a capital. Social capital play an effective role in the protection of value judgements of a society. This capital, also bringing together an experience with it, it holds a quality of resource to be reached, when needed.Social networks is a strong factor of social capital, and important phenomenon for this to be developed and shaped. The perception and influence of social capital on society, is evaluated through synergetic approach, socialist approach, institutionalist approach, and social network approach. The relationship of regional development with the approach of social capital is shaped in management of social network. In this sense, the look at the phenomenon of social capital and regional development, relationship of regional development with the approaches of social capital were examined in the framework of academic viewpoint and, in specific to the province Konya, the look of enterprises taking place in the historical Bedesten Market to the phenomenon of social capital Setting out from the results of study, in the analysis carried out, measuring inter-business social capital, their relationship levels were determined.
