The elderly is often associated with several chronic conditions such as cardiovascular, osteoarthritis, depression, cancer, diabetes, and mental disorders. One of the best practices for preventing chronic diseases is exercise. There is a relationship between increased obesity and the prevalence of chronic diseases [1]. The prevalence of obesity has increased in recent decades, and given that obesity has a significant role in the failure of the treatment of chronic diseases [2], this issue has become more important.
