The Roles of the Reflective Classroom Teacher

This article first answers the question, Why do teachers need to reflect on their teaching? This article also focuses on five roles a reflective teacher performs in the classroom: the communicator role, counselor role, ethicist role, political role and researcher role. In order to be effective teachers and role models, teachers are advised to choose roles, juggle roles and shift roles.
