Abstract :
The involvement in the process of Action Research is seen both as a way of strengthening teachers research skills and as a powerful route for their own professional development. This article aspires to provide an accessible overview of theoretical perspectives on action research, especially, to provide a practical introduction from the teacher s point of view.
