Abstract :
This paper provides insights from a classroom research that was carried out with a group of ESL student teachers through the use of a problem based learning approach. It highlights the kind of learning that occur through the use of this approach in engaging student teachers into researchpractice. The problems and challenges that they faced are discussed from their perspectives to gain understanding of their research experiences
