Abstract :
In crucial market conditions, companies try to resist and make some true choices about decision problems. One of the desired right decisions is the selection of appropriate supplier for the company. Within the simple statement, supplier selection problem can be defined as determining to buy from whom and how much. Companies must work with lots of suppliers to continue their activities. Selection of the suppliers in a group of candidate firms is a difficult decision problem. In this study, the supplier selection problem is discussed, which is operating in the automotive production sector. Goal Programming technique is used to solve the problem. Analytic Network Process (ANP) methods have been used to determine the weights of the criteria. In ANP calculations, 16 different criteria are defined under 4 main criteria and 12 sub-criteria by a team of purchasing department specialist. After that, SuperDecision 2.2.6 is used for making ANP calculations. In the light of these results, the structured model is solved by the help of LINGO 14.0 and best suppliers are verified for the company.
