Abstract :
Making the cities safer and more livable process, in other words, urban regeneration application should be applied healthfully and analytically not after the disasters before they occur. For this, the first condition is to determine correctly areas containing risk and the priorities of these areas against a possible disaster. In this study, the process of determining risk areas has been approached with fuzzy logic technique and a model that could set the standard for the risky areas as determined according to the different priorities of different institutions has been proposed. In the proposed fuzzy logic based system, structure average performance, suitability for accomodation and population density are used as input parameters. These data are categorized in accordance with range values to obtain fuzzified data. By running rule base on fuzzified data, risk priority output value is obtained. In order to make user to design fuzzy logic based model easily, an interface is developed by using C# programming language.
